Keats: A brief Biographical sketch
One of the famous and great Romantic poet, John Keats Born in Moorfields, London on October 31, 1795. He was the eldest son of the five children of a stable keeper. He lost his parents in childhood, lost his father by a riding accident in 1804 and his mother in 1810. [...]

 
Four Seasons fill the measure of the year;
There are four seasons in the mind of man:
He has his lusty Spring, when fancy clear
Takes in all beauty with an easy span:
He has his Summer, when luxuriously
Spring’s honied cud of youthful thought he loves
 
To ruminate, and by such dreaming high
Is nearest unto heaven: quiet coves

Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness!
Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun;
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eaves run;

My heart aches, and a drowsy numbness pains
My sense, as though of hemlock I had drunk,

And, like Andromeda, the Sonnet sweet
Fetter’d, in spite of pained loveliness,
Let us find, if we must be constrain’d,
Sandals more interwoven and complete
To fit the naked foot of Poesy:

Of every chord, and see what may be gain’d
